WILTON WAKE-UP MAY 2023

The Wilton Wake Up is in aid of Stars Charity Appeal and raises, on average, around £10,000 each year. Wake Ups give car enthusiasts the opportunity to display their own wheels, look at other cars and talk to fellow petrol heads. The events are held once a month from April to August.

On Sunday 21st May, the theme for the meet was pre-1990 Classic & Sports Cars and we organised a small private meet-up and convoy to the event.  The cars in our convoy included a 1984 Ferrari 308 Quattrovalve – having it’s first outing since restoration by Meridien Modena, a stunning 1969 Mercedes Pagoda – fully restored by Hemmels and previously owned by the Stig from Top Gear, and an immaculate 1962 Mercedes 300 SL Roadster – fully restored by Kienle, Germany.  Full english breakfast and bacon butties were enjoyed before browsing the other stunning cars on display and heading back to base.
